Revision Policy

We understand that there may be instances where our clients are not fully satisfied with the work delivered by our writers. In such cases, we offer a revision policy that allows our clients to request revisions to their work, free of charge.

Revision requests will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery of the work. After this period, any revision requests will be subject to an additional fee.

When submitting a revision request, the client must provide detailed instructions on what needs to be revised, added or deleted from the original work. The instructions must be in line with the original order description and any additional instructions provided at the time of order placement.

We will assign the revision request to the original writer who worked on the order, or to another writer if the original writer is unavailable. The revised work will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, which will be determined based on the scope of the revision request.

In the event that a client is not satisfied with the revised work, they may request an additional revision or a refund. However, please note that refunds will only be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

Please note that our revision policy applies only to errors or omissions made by our writers. It does not cover additional work or changes to the original order description.

We reserve the right to amend or update this revision policy at any time without prior notice. However, we will ensure that any changes are communicated to our clients in a timely manner.
